read the following resolution and is transmitting the engrossed and                                                             
enrolled copies to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent

    HOUSE RESOLUTION NO. 16                                                                                                     
    Relating to the mining and processing of rare earth elements in                                                             
    Alaska and to the stockpiling of rare earth elements; and urging
